The Government has given us a new date and postponed the implementation of the SWIMMING POOL CERTIFICATION DEADLINE TO April 29, 2016. This gives us another 12 months to “get things in order” and to ensure your pool is compliant before your property is sold or leased.
DON’T BECOME COMPLACENT
This legislation will not be delayed a third time so all parties need to get serious to avoid the panic that ensued this time around.
