The Swimming Pool Compliance Time Is Coming!

All properties with swimming pools will require a certificate of compliance before they can be leased or sold.  The new regulations come into effect of 29^th April 2016.

All multi dwelling properties, strata plans and alike will have to hold a current certificate at all times.

Don’t delay.  If you are contemplating selling or leasing next year act now.  Given that a majority of pool barriers require some degree of rectification, being proactive and having the pool inspection by an accredited pool safety inspector will avoid delays and allow you to act when you are ready.
